Sue Collins

Sue’s main expertise is in strategy and in policy development, advocacy and implementation. She has particular experience in European Biodiversity Strategy, Nature Conservation and EU Agriculture policy and reform, helping to bridge the gap between science, policy and society. Sue is Vice Chair of the European Habitats Forum of NGOs and Advisor to the Board of Butterfly Conservation Europe. She steered the successful EU Parliamentary Pilot Project ABLE to spread Citizen Science butterfly monitoring across EU Member States and is helping deliver the SPRING Project on pollinator monitoring. Sue is engaged in the dialogue across Europe to develop new legislation to restore wild pollinators and ecosystem health and to deliver biodiversity recovery.
